In moments of national economic crisis, people are easily led to believe that culture and art are not among the priorities to be protected. The negative effects of this attitude become obvious both in the short and the long term, and result in a general lowering of the cultural awareness of the population. Younger generations, whose cultural experiences and artistic sensibility are the basis for the design and constructing a better future, are particularly affected.
